How does Call4Conference work?

Call4Conference can be used in two different ways. You can choose to host the meeting and to approach all the participants yourself or you can make use of the registry function that notifies all the participants. If you choose to organize the meeting yourself you can determine your own unique code containing four digits. Please pay attention not to use codes that are too easy, such as 1234 or 5555, which due to safety reasons cannot be accepted. You should agree a fixed time and date with all the participants. At the agreed time all the participants should call in with their country specific phone number and punch in the unique code and the connection will be activated.

If you choose to make use of the notification function, call4conference will take care of notifying the participants. Through the option “register” on the website you can follow a number of steps; you can fill in the amount of people participating in a call4conference and you need to fill in the exact date and time it will be held. After that you can add the mobile phone numbers and email addresses of the participants. When you have completed the entire procedure, you will receive an email with a link. With this link you will be able to confirm the registration. After that all participants will receive an email with the details of the planned call4conference. On just before the meeting all the participants will receive a reminder via a free text message or e-mail.
